4. Bonus funds shall be credited after a Client transfers his funds from his Personal Account to his Trading Account and applies for Bonus to be credited;
5. The amount of the bonus funds is automatically generated by the system and varies from 1% to 200%;
6. In case if a Client transfers his funds to his Trading Account, applies for Bonuses, and then transfers money back to Personal Account, in such a case all the Bonuses credited shall be cancelled;
7. Validity period of Bonuses under "Bonus for NETELLER Deposits up to 200%" program: 3 months;
8. Bonus funds credited under the program "Bonus for NETELLER Deposits up to 200%" are not compatible with the bonuses credited under other bonus programs;
9. Bonus funds credited under the program "Bonus for NETELLER Deposits up to 200%" under no circumstances are available for withdrawal and are completely the property of the Company;
10. The Company reserves the right to require a Client to provide the Company with the additional documents proving his identity;
11. In case Client's account has a negative balance, and trading is conducted using exclusively bonus funds, the Company reserves the right to cancel bonus funds without any explanations;
12. In case a Client leads unfair trading manipulations, the Company has the right to cancel bonus funds at any time;
13. The Company has the right to change unilaterally the terms and conditions of the bonus program "Bonus for NETELLER Deposits up to 200%", or to stop it at any time without Client's prior notification. New conditions come into force after their publication on the website GAINSY.COM.
